Thank you for visiting. On 14th March 2012, the Strategic Development Conrtol Committee voted to support the application, subject to the completion of the Section 106 Agreement and the removal of the holding order from the Secretary of State.
The proposals for Aylesbury East represent a real opportunity for Aylesbury to secure quality housing for existing and future generations, to deliver vital infrastructure, to provide new jobs and attract inward investment to the Vale. It provides a unique opportunity to enhance green infrastructure within the Vale and develop a nature reserve of regional significance.
